Acceptance and Scope

These Terms apply to this website, its public forms, appointment-request features and content published by Renace. They do not automatically govern separate services, products or arrangements that are covered by a distinct written agreement, consent form, payment policy or provider notice.

Renace provides complementary wellness guidance and educational information related to whole-person well-being, including Emotional Health, Conscious Nutrition and Vibrational Energy. Website content is presented for general informational and educational purposes.

Appointment Requests and Communications

Submitting an appointment request, preferred date or message does not create a confirmed appointment, professional relationship or guarantee of availability. An appointment becomes confirmed only after Renace communicates acceptance of a specific date, time and any applicable arrangements.

Renace may decline, postpone or cancel a request when necessary, including when required information is missing, the requested time is unavailable, the request falls outside the scope of services or safety concerns arise. Any cancellation, rescheduling or payment terms communicated for a confirmed appointment will apply to that appointment.
